This week we challenge our movements from the mid line with some hand-eye coordination. The 20 min. video ends with a relaxing pose to reset the nervous system and leave the body, breath and mind relaxed.

Bringing Yoga to Life is our Yogi Book Club book. Chapter 6 led to me explore other authors and a greater understanding of why we need friendliness, compassion, joy and indifference.
